What is your lead time?
Stock: 5-15 days in general.No stock: 15-39 days after samples confirmed or please contact us by email for specific lead time base on your order quantities.
What should i do when something goes wrong with the laser?
We offer a one-year warranty.We will provide the broken items as free. Beyond the warranty period, we still provide mainteance service.

2)Middle: small pieces of wood and screws.
3) Outside packing :standard export packing box or wooden case .
So the laser machine will be safe without any problem when ship out to you.If damaged, please contact us; We will arrange new one to you soon to ensure that it arrives on time.
